Contains records for the sale of marine hardware such as blocks, metal sheeting and chain; naval stores such as tar, caulk, paints and chemicals; buckets, baskets, brooms, soap, foodstuffs, large quantities of cordage, manila, and other naval commodities to owners of named marine vessels. Also records the sale of goods to local factories, churches, banks, political organizations, and city and state agencies. Ledger includes personal accounts, store expenses, and records related to the lease of a room to Providence attorney A. A. Arnold.
